Governance Structure

The Chancellor is the constitutional head of RGUHS. The Pro-Chancellor advises on policy matters, while the Vice-Chancellor leads executive functions. The Registrar, Registrar (Evaluation), and Finance Officer manage administration, examinations, and finance respectively under the Vice-Chancellor's supervision.
