How to Prepare for Your Inspection
Update Records Quarterly
Don't scramble before inspection. Keep faculty lists, attendance, and asset registers current year-round.
Brief Your Team
Faculty and staff should know what to expect. Conduct internal mock-inspections every 6 months.
Confirm Hospital Tie-Up
For clinical programmes, verify your hospital MoU is active, signed, and shared with RGUHS in advance.
Address Past Findings
Re-read your previous inspection report. Resolve every observation before the new inspection.
Don't Try to Game It
Inspectors are experienced; window-dressing is easily spotted and counts against your final score.
Engage Students Honestly
Inspectors will speak to students privately. Authentic feedback is valued more than rehearsed answers.
