RGUHS recognises 4 examiner cadres — each with distinct responsibilities, eligibility, and honorarium.

| Theory Paper Valuer | Assistant Professor or above with 3+ years teaching |
| Practical Examiner | Faculty with 5+ years teaching in the subject |
| External Examiner (PG) | Professor from another university with 8+ years post-PG |
Empanelment Process

Submit Application
Online form with CV, list of publications, NMC/INC/PCI registration, and Form-G self-declaration.

College Endorsement
Principal of your college endorses your application via the RGUHS portal.

Subject Committee Review
The relevant Board of Studies reviews qualifications, publications, and experience.

Empanelment Decision
Successful candidates are added to the 3-year empanelment list. Notification via DigiLocker.

Receive Assignments
Paper setting, valuation, and practical exam assignments come via SMS and Empanelment Portal.
Honorarium & Allowances
All rates as per RGUHS Examiner Honorarium Schedule 2024 · Subject to revision.
