New Affiliation Application
Establish a new RGUHS-affiliated college. Apply only after securing UGC/AICTE/NMC permission for the institution itself.

Pre-Application
Confirm UGC 2(f) status, council permissions (NMC/PCI/INC/etc.), state government NoC, and land ownership.

Submit Application
Fill the online form, upload statutory documents (50+ items), and pay ₹1,50,000 + ₹50,000/course application fee.

Document Review (15 days)
RGUHS Affiliation Cell verifies submission. Deficiencies are flagged via email within 7 working days.

Inspection (30 days)
3-member peer team visits campus to verify infrastructure, faculty, library, hospital tie-ups, and other norms.

Committee Decision (45 days)
Standing Committee on Affiliation reviews inspection report and recommends to the Syndicate.
- 6
Final Notification
Letter of Affiliation issued by the Registrar — usually for 1 year (provisional) or 5 years (permanent).
